I was kind of skeptical, making the call because I saw the advertisement on Facebook. Normally, that means something is either fake or totally misrepresented He came out and was totally professional and diagnosed the issue that I was having with my garage made recommendations and made the Adjustment.. No pressure salesmanship just information as to what was needed to fix my issue For now, my garage is working great and I will be reaching out very soon to help with replacement.

I dealt with John today and it was honestly the most seamless, easy experience. He responded to my text right away and was able to come out within 15 minutes since he was nearby. He replaced my spring and a few other parts quickly and explained everything along the way. Super honest, no upselling, and way better than my experience with Don’s Garage Doors last year. When I used them previously, I was quoted more than three times the price for the same spring repair. The price this time was very fair. I also asked what it would cost if I ever needed to replace my garage door, and his estimate was about a third or less of what I was previously quoted by Don’s Garage Doors. Really appreciate the transparency and quick service (didn’t take more than 45 minutes), would highly recommend!

I had a large garage door company come out last year and they told me I needed a new garage door costing 1K, this morning John explained to me why my garage door was making the noise it does and what I could do to eliminate it and I found out I do not need a whole new garage door. Woke up this morning to a broken door spring. After searching around I found John and am so happy I did. What amazing service. After talking on phone and letting him know our cars were stuck in garage he said he’d be right over. He was here in under 15 minutes and got straight to work. John’s Garage Doors is the best! The appointment was easy to make, John let me know when he was going to arrive 30 minutes before he arrived promptly at the appointment time. He took care of general maintenance quickly by identifying and completing basic tune-up fixes. He then suggested replacing rollers which would make operating the door better for the motor, springs and pulleys. He was amazingly quick in fixing everything. And my garage door is quieter. John just came by and fixed my garage door in less than 30 minutes. I had a bolt come loose out of the track so my door wouldn’t close properly. He got the door fixed, tuned it up so it shook less, and made it super quiet! He also changed out the wheels to better quality ones so I’d have even less vibration in the future to help with keeping the hardware tight in the track. Highly recommend!
